About

A collaborative, not an agency.

Organic Digital Collaborative is three senior marketers who got tired of watching great channels underperform because nobody was connecting them. So we connected ourselves instead.

Why we exist

Walk into most marketing engagements and you’ll find the same broken pattern: an SEO who never talks to the PPC team, a social manager who never hears about the PR win, an email list that never gets fed by the content engine. Each channel optimizes for its own KPI. None of them optimize for the business.

We started the Organic Digital Collaborative on a simple conviction — visibility is holistic or it’s wasted. Search, AI answers, paid media, email, social and events are not competing line items. They’re one system, and when they reinforce each other the results compound instead of cancel out.

Instead of hiding senior talent behind account managers, we put three specialists at the same table and give you all of them. You get the strategist who designs it, the practitioner who runs it, and the local-demand builder who fills the room — talking to each other, on your account.

“SEO is a game of sums. SEO is not an island — if you touch something over here, something over here might change.” — Rob Bonham

Jeremy Rivera

SEO & AI-Visibility Strategist · Founder, SEO Arcade · Host, Unscripted Podcast Network

Jeremy has spent roughly twenty years in SEO — long enough to have watched it reinvent itself several times over. He came up the unusual way: as a web-hosting support rep who saw the reciprocal-link era collapse in real time and decided to do the work the legitimate, white-hat way instead. That instinct still drives him.

Today he runs SEO Arcade (an SEO agency, software toolset, and the 60-card SEO Tactic Library) and hosts the Unscripted podcast network — Unscripted SEO, Small Business, and Home Improvement — where he’s interviewed dozens of the field’s best practitioners. His focus: entity SEO, AI-search and answer-engine visibility, and building authority through conversations and real-world presence. He works from Cookeville, TN, and thinks in frameworks — “the digital shadow,” “AI search as a consensus engine,” and “SEO as the orchestrator of digital marketing.”

Rob Bonham

Fractional SEO Consultant · The SEO Advisory · Temecula, CA

Rob is a two-decade SEO who has spent more than half his career inside agencies — which is exactly why he’s spent the rest of it fixing what agencies get wrong. Through The SEO Advisory he serves as a fractional SEO manager and director for agencies and a strategic advisor to startups, bringing enterprise discipline to teams that can’t hire it full-time.

His range is deep and hands-on: local SEO, e-commerce, SaaS, home services, multi-year car-dealership campaigns, and an e-commerce MRO parts operation where partner-and-supplier link building was “like shooting fish in a barrel.” Rob’s philosophy is stewardship — use AI as a tool with human oversight, never publish volume for volume’s sake, and treat SEO as one instrument in an integrated, multi-channel campaign. He’s also, in his own words, “a LinkedIn head.”

Russell Palmer

Marketing Strategist · Local Marketing San Diego · San Diego, CA

Russell (Russ) is a San Diego marketing strategist who builds local demand the grassroots way. Through Local Marketing San Diego he brings a rare mix of MBA-level strategy — dual MBAs in Management and Entrepreneurship on top of a psychology-and-marketing degree — and in-the-weeds execution across advertising, PPC and analytics (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Spyfu).

His specialty is the human layer that most digital shops skip: social media strategy, event planning and production, team development, and B2B relationship-building that happens face to face. He’s founded community initiatives connecting students with local businesses, led as a Toastmasters president, and is as comfortable in front of a 300-person room as he is in a spreadsheet. If Jeremy and Rob make you findable, Russell makes you known in your own backyard.

How we work together

One strategy

We start with the whole picture — where your customers actually form decisions — then decide which channels earn the investment.

Direct access

You talk to the specialists doing the work. No telephone game through an account manager.

Channels that talk

The SEO win feeds the email. The event feeds the content. The podcast feeds the links. On purpose.
